Mindful Walking Meditation Journeys - Course of 4 (Women only)

4 x 90 minute sessions. Because sitting in meditation isn't going to suit everyone. Meditation can and in fact should be done everywhere and movement feels good right? These sessions will incorporate some theory to begin with. Then we will take a 30-40m minute guided country walk that will incorporate some of the techniques that we've learnt about including grounding, breathwork, mindful techniques that reconnect body and mind and reflection.
