We will have a thorough consultation and can tailor the treatment to your situation, medical treatment and needs. I may need you to gain permission from your GP or consultant but I will let you know if I need this in place prior to your first appointment.
Sessions can take place at my Wellness Room in Steeple Morden or if you live within 10 miles, I can visit your home without a travel fee. If you live 11+ miles, depending on the mileage, there will be a small travel fee of £5 added to your treatment.
Calming and relaxation — Many animals respond to quiet presence and gentle touch. Reiki sessions often look like simply sitting calmly with the animal, which can help reduce stress.
Support during illness or recovery — Not as a treatment, but as a way to create a soothing environment while proper veterinary care is happening.
Bonding and trust-building — The stillness and attention involved can deepen the relationship between a person and their animal, especially with rescues or anxious pets.
Comfort at end of life — Some people use Reiki to create a peaceful atmosphere for animals who are ageing or in palliative care.
🐾 Why some animals respond well
Animals often pick up on human emotional states. When someone practices Reiki, they tend to slow down, breathe more deeply, and become very present. Animals can find that grounding and reassuring, even if you set aside the spiritual framing.
🧭 What Reiki isn’t
It’s not a medical treatment and shouldn’t be used instead of veterinary advice.
It doesn’t diagnose or cure conditions.
It shouldn’t delay seeking professional care if an animal is unwell.

This session includes a consultation, a downloadable guided meditation that you can do prior to the session and that you can use at anytime and observations afterwards
Reiki is a spiritual energy practise for stress and anxiety reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. This is gentle and non-invasive but powerful method of healing is transferred through the palms of hands, placed on the body, with or without contact. Often a treatment can feel like bathing in warmth and light and afterwards, a deep sense of wellbeing and peacefulness. This treatment begins with a relaxing guided meditation where you'll be invited to hold a crystal, followed by a full reiki treatment.
Followed by a 60‑minute Reiki treatment to realign your chakras, clear energetic blockages, and restore flow.
Your session closes with a gentle acu-sound tuning fork taster, using vibration to enhance your healing experience and leave you feeling grounded, centred, and renewed.

Meditation Classes
Euphoric Flow (Trial Session) - Friday 8th May, 6.30pm - Bassingbourn
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and meditation, before moving into free-form dancing (to some banging tunes of course!) — a chance to move your body freely, release tension and express yourself without judgement. We’ll finish with grounding and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls. You can even pull an oracle card if you'd like. Please bring an exercise/yoga mat, pillow and blanket with you.
Monthly Meditation - Womb Healing - Wed 13th May 7pm - 4 spaces left
As the meditation begins, you’ll be guided into a state of grounded presence through slow breathwork and somatic awareness. The body is encouraged to release tension, allowing the mind to settle and the nervous system to unwind. From this place of safety and stillness, attention is drawn inward toward the womb space—whether physical or energetic—honoring it as a source of wisdom, creativity, and inner knowing.
Through visualization, gentle breath patterns, and subtle energetic cues, the session supports you in listening to the sensations, emotions, and messages that arise. You may be invited to explore themes of nourishment, healing, empowerment, or renewal, depending on your personal intention. The experience is not about forcing insight but about creating spaciousness for what naturally wants to emerge.
