Join me for a lovely session where:
- We'll learn some techniques to calm the mind and body
- Experience a guided meditation & visualisation designed for both children and adults to enjoy

- Time for a drink and chat at the end
We all have an inner child that represents the parts of ourselves formed in childhood – our memories, emotions, beliefs, and patterns from that time.
While life may have damaged or suppressed this inner child, they still reside within us, longing for healing and wholeness.

Come and join me for this powerful, soul affirming guided meditation.
You will lay down in a luxurious meditation bed with an eye pillow and blanket. You will also be given a Selenite crystal wand to hold before being guided through a meditation and visualisation.
You'll be taken on a guided spiritual meditation that encompasses breathwork, body relaxation and a visualisation that connects the heart to a universal source of unconditional love.
This practise is designed to cleanse negative emotions, relieve anxiety, reduce stress and bring calmness, peacefulness and gratitude.
This reflective guided meditation will encompass breathwork, body relaxation and a wintery visualisation that will remind us that no matter the darkness, light is never far away.
